Renee Daggett - President
An Enrolled Agent tax preparer, enrolled to represent tax payers before the IRS. With this license, she uniquely brings peace to her clients by helping them with all the aspects of running a business.
Certified QuickBooks Consultant with Intuit, Renee is also the founder and president of Administrative Bookkeeping Co., Inc. She received her bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University in 1989.
Renee has corporate financial management experience dating back to 1995 and is passionate about equipping business owners with the tools they need to run their business simply and efficiently.
Renee has been a certified budget coach with Crown Financial Ministries since 2004.
Renee serves on the board of directors for the San Jose Police Officers Foundation where she helps to coordinate events like Bowling for Badges, Clays for Cops, and Breakfast with the Chief in order to raise money to help keep the officers and the community safe. With the fundraisers, the Foundation has purchased vests for the officers, trauma kits, and gear for the canine unit.
Renee works with her clients to cleanse their financial statements, use QuickBooks, maximize tax deductions, reconcile bank statements, manage payroll, establish job costing, prepare corporate minutes, and eliminate debt.
Renee is also the author of “Your Financial Flight Plan: Pilot Your Business to Profitability.” In her book, she demonstrates in a creative way the reasons why every business owner needs to be a better manager of his or her business. She also provides examples of how owners can be successful. End-of-the-chapter questions motivate the readers to make any necessary changes to improve business.
Renee published a QuickBooks manual specifically for real estate investors and property managers. Because it is important to keep track of the properties, loans, rental income, security deposits and more, Renee shows investors step by step how to record the transactions in QuickBooks. The manual is called, "Managing Your Properties with QuickBooks."
Because education is important to her, Renee teaches QuickBooks classes for beginners, QuickBooks classes specifically for real estate investors and property managers, and many webinars.
Born and raised in California and happily married since 1990, Renee is the mother of two sons. She lives her life with purpose and thrives on helping her clients do so as well.

Liz Beenen - Enrolled Agent
Liz has a Masters Degree in Business with a minor in accounting from Oregon State University.
She has worked in the tax preparation field for 20 years. She has experience in QuickBooks and special expertise in tax preparation. Liz’s passion is working with clients and small businesses.
Liz is happily married to her husband of 40 years and has 2 grown children and 1 grandchild. In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her family, reading and walking.

Mimi Robinson - Advanced QuickBooks Consultant
Mimi Robinson has a bachelor’s degree in business and has more than 20 years of experience in the accounting field. Mimi has worked in the banking industry and managed an $80 million portfolio for a major corporation. In addition to being a Certified Tax Preparer, she is also an Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor who has assisted many clients in overall training, account setup, payroll, and financial statement analysis.

Nikki Mulder - Senior Account Manager
Nikki joins AdminBooks with a diverse skillset acquired through 14+ years in the bookkeeping industry. Nikki is an experienced full charge bookkeeping consultant and administrator, including caring for multiple clients in multiple industries. Her broad skillset aids in creation of detailed financial reports and advanced interpretive analysis. Competencies include accounts payable and receivable, payroll, quarterly and year end statements, cash flow forecasting, audit assistance, and profit and loss performance amongst others.
Nikki has a well-developed problem solving ability, allowing for improved organizational and financial efficiency. Nikki integrates all resources at her disposal while working to exceed patron expectation. Jack Robinson - Account Manager
Jack has joined our staff after completing a 31 year career in Law Enforcement. In his capacity as Captain, he shared responsibility for a multi-million dollar budget as well as oversight of all aspects of daily operations. Jack holds an Associate’s Degree from Gavilan College.
Jack enjoys the challenges of bookkeeping, particularly in the areas of real estate investment and accounts requiring entries from past months or even years. He is methodical to work on QuickBooks files bringing clients’ accounts up to date and providing them with monthly services thereafter.
Jack is proudly married to his wife of 25 years and has 3 adult children. He enjoys restoring antique automobiles, hiking and cycling.

Denise Brolin - Certified Public Accountant
Upon completing a Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in accounting, Denise's career started with a regional size accounting firm in Palo Alto, California in January 1990. As a staff & senior accountant with Hood and Strong, Denise was responsible for planning and conducting audits and reviews for construction, manufacturing, pension/profit sharing plans & other closely-held corporations. In addition, she prepared & reviewed individual & corporate tax returns.
After four and a half years, Denise left Hood and Strong to start her own accounting and tax practice in Gilroy, California. As an independent business owner, she obtained experience in maintaining monthly accounting records for various companies, preparing sales & use tax returns, processing payroll and related quarterly returns, as well as assisting individual and corporate clients with tax planning and preparation. Furthermore, she planned and conducted internal audits as an independent contractor for various banks across the Bay Area, Northern and Central California.
Over the years, Denise has also obtained experience handling IRS issues such as past due taxes, collections and audits.
Besides being a business owner, Denise is the treasurer for the Exchange Club of Gilroy, president of the Ascencion Solorsano Middle School Parent Club, member of Business Network International (BNI), a real estate investor and an avid scrap booker.
Denise and her husband have lived in Gilroy for over 30 years. They have 1 son and 2 daughters.

Misty Wolsfeld - Tax Preparer
As a former bank manager, Misty has a diverse background in the financial industry. Recently returning to the workforce after taking time off to raise her children, Misty has kept her skills sharp by doing volunteer work as a treasurer for school associations and political campaigns. Sabrina Wilcox - Certified Public Accountant
Sabrina graduated with honors from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2007. She then graduated from the accounting program at Lansing Community College, completing the necessary coursework to sit for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. After passing the CPA exam in 2009, she joined a small CPA firm. Sabrina prepared individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate, and nonprofit returns, and participated in tax planning/consulting as well as handling IRS correspondence related to past due taxes and penalties. Sabrina provided numerous other accounting and bookkeeping services(including payroll processing and maintenance of monthly accounting records) to a variety of clients. Sabrina obtained licensure as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan in 2010.

Karolee Gregory - Account Manager
Karolee is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with certifications in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. She enjoys focusing on details with an eye toward improving existing processes. She takes the time to see situations from opposing points of view, in order to gain an understanding for the best solution. She and her husband of 18 years work as a team to raise their six children. She spent twelve years working in the printing industry and Marketing with high tech and credit card companies, then took time off to raise her daughter. She has lived in Morgan Hill for 20 years, and has spent the time volunteering in various groups and at school. She also was elected to a term on the Morgan Hill City Council from 2006-2010.

Julee Nevarez - Account Manager
Julee brings over 20 years of accounting & bookkeeping expertise to her clients. Gina Dombroski - Certified Public Accountant
Gina graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. She then went on to complete the necessary fieldwork hours and coursework to sit for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. After obtaining her California State CPA license, she joined a firm in San Diego. Gina prepared individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate returns, participated in tax planning and consulting, and handled IRS compliance on client’s behalf. In addition to tax work, Gina provided other accounting and write-up services for a variety of clients spanning multiple industries. After eight years working in public accounting, Gina shifted into a Controller job for a multi-state construction company. Four years later, an opportunity with the San Francisco 49ers lead her into a position managing the financial reporting for the Levi’s Stadium construction project.

Shana Balch - Certified Public Accountant
Shana graduated from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She also obtained a Master of Business Administration from UNA as well. Shana worked in Public Accounting firms for 13 years. During that time, she prepared individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate returns as well as provided other accounting and audit services, specializing in financial institutions and governmental agencies. Upon leaving the public accounting field, Shana has worked in the Healthcare industry as a Financial Accountant.
Shana has been married for 13 years and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and trips to the beach.

She has a minor in History.
Her college alma mater has two live mascots, Una and Leo, on campus. During class, you could hear the lions playing around. The university still has the lions on campus in a state of the art habitat.
She is a huge Alabama Crimson Tide fan and most every Saturday during college football season, you can find her glued to her TV watching college football.
