Skills required for both admin positions:
Efficiency of different online programs, communicates well verbally and written format, is process oriented, take initiative and offers solutions, meets all deadlines, replies to clients in 24 hours or less, humble, hungry, can easily pick up on social cues from others, focused on caring for people, must be super comfortable on the computer typing a minimum of 65 wpm, able to move quickly between programs and quickly learn new technologies, enjoys keeping the office in order, able to recognize priorities and meet deadlines, capable of multi-tasking many small tasks, good with people, vigilant about the details, and desires to be a part of something larger than themselves.
The right office admin
person will:
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, find solutions for caller, communicate with clients via online text
- Create pdf documents and upload to a portal, assist client with gaining access to the portal
- Maintain list to track potential clients, follow up with emails/phone calls/text messages, save emails to pdf
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO, the clients and the office by going the extra mile
